Case Study: Genzyme Diagnostics (UK)

The British Safety Council conducted a two-day audit, at Genzyme's manufacturing site at Allington, near Maidstone in Kent. The site achieved 4 stars and the audit identified £41,000 of potential savings per annum, which included the development of a structured waste minimisation process and recommendations over lightening and water usage.

After the audit?

Once you have undertaken your audit, you will receive an electronic report within 28 days.

All organisations who achieve 5 stars will be invited to enter the prestigious Globe of Honour award. This is designed to recognise organisations who have reached the pinnacle of environmental excellence.
