Level 2 Certificate in COSHH Risk Assessment

The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations 2002 require employers to control exposure to hazardous substances to prevent ill-health.

The Level 2 Certificate in COSHH Risk Assessment provides formal recognition of an individual's ability to undertake such a risk assessment.

Accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) at Level 2 in the National Qualifications Framework.

Assessment is via a workplace-based COSHH risk assessment task which is delivered electronically to candidates.

The pass rate for this qualification is currently 83%.

Employers may either arrange a public or in-company training course or apply to become a Registered Course Provider themselves with BSC Awards.
