Accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) at Level 2 in the National Qualifications Framework.

Assessment is via a workplace-based task which is delivered electronically to candidates.

The pass rate for this qualification is currently 91%.

Employers may either arrange a public or in-company training course or apply to become a Registered Course Provider themselves with BSC Awards.
